At British Hunting Trips, we specialize in traditional British hunting of pheasant, partridge and duck in the scenic countryside. Our hunting packages are designed for a wide range of interests and abilities, from novice hunters to experienced field sports enthusiasts. 2024 Hunt

Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire

Our hunts take place between Halloween and Thanksgiving. Each hunt accommodates up to 10 shooters and welcomes shooters companions. 

Trip Details

Dates: Sunday 3rd November – Saturday 9th November 2024


Hunts: 1 simulated game clays & 4 driven bird days

  • 1-day simulated game clays

  • 3- 300 driven bird-days (partridge & pheasant)

  • 1- 400 driven duck day


Capacity: 10 shooters


Shooter £12,750 
Companion £2,000 
50% deposit payable upon booking

Inclusions

  • 1-day driven clay shooting

  • 4 -days of driven bird shooting – pheasant, partridge & duck

  • Accommodation

  • All meals

  • Elevenses & drinks in the field

  • Loaner guns, if desired 

  • Ammunition

  • Personal loader for the duration, allocated from BHTs highly experienced team

  • Airport transfers and transfers to and at each venue

  • Keepers gratuities

  • Permits and Liability Insurance

  • Inbound to London Heathrow and outbound flights

  • Loader gratuities

  • Drinks outside of the field

  • Accommodation in London Pre or Post-trip

Accommodation

St. Albans is a Cathedral City, once named Verulamium—the third largest city in Roman Britain. The beautiful 11th-century St Albans Cathedral, the oldest site of continuous Christian worship in England, stands proudly in the city centre. Sopwell House is a lovely Georgian country house hotel and will be our base for the week.

Cost
The total cost of the trip is £12,750 per gun. Companions are welcome at £2,000 each, double occupancy. A car and driver will be available for companions who wish to explore, but of course, non-shooters are welcome to join their guns in the field at all times.
